The New Mexico Association of Meat Processors (NMAMP) is a nonprofit cooperative formed in 2024 to unite and support meat processors across the state. We represent local, independent processors—both custom and inspected—along with suppliers, educators, and industry stakeholders. Our mission is to provide valuable training, resources, advocate for fair regulations, and build a strong network for those who keep New Mexico's meat industry alive.
