NMAMP provides webinars, brochures, videos, articles, and other resources to help operators stay informed on new products, technologies, management strategies, and food safety practices—including HACCP. Our materials offer practical instruction and real-world examples tailored to small processors.

Networking & Convention
The annual meeting of the New Mexico Association of Meat Processors brings together operators, suppliers, educators, and advocates from across the state. The event features educational workshops, regulatory updates, hands-on demonstrations, and exhibits from top equipment manufacturers and industry vendors.
